Camera-Ready Paper and Similarity Report Submission Guidelines

This page explains how authors must prepare and submit the final camera-ready manuscript and similarity report for accepted papers at ICCRAIDS 2026.

1. Revision Requirement

Before submission, authors must revise the manuscript by addressing all reviewer comments. The committee will verify the revisions before final approval.

Ensure that:

  • The manuscript represents the final accepted version
  • Author names, affiliations, and emails are visible (no anonymization)
  • Author information exactly matches the EasyChair metadata
  • All track changes, comments, highlights, and annotations are removed

2. Required Files

Authors must upload both of the following files. Submissions containing only one file will not be processed.

2.1 Camera-Ready Paper

  • Final revised manuscript using the ICCRAIDS 2026 IEEE format
  • File format: DOCX or DOC
  • Maximum 7 pages included in registration (optional +1 page allowed with additional fee)
  • Free from comments, highlights, and editing marks

2.2 Similarity Report

  • Generated using Turnitin or iThenticate
  • Maximum similarity index: 20% (excluding references)
  • Must clearly display similarity percentage, document title, and author name(s)
  • File format: PDF

3. Submission Procedure (EasyChair)

  1. Open https://easychair.org and log in
  2. Select My Submissions
  3. Choose ICCRAIDS 2026
  4. Open your submission and click Update files
  5. Upload the camera-ready paper and similarity report
  6. Submit and confirm both files appear in the submission page

Important: Both files must be uploaded together. Uploading only one file will result in rejection.

4. Verification After Upload

After submission:

  • Return to the submission details page
  • Confirm the camera-ready paper is listed
  • Confirm the similarity report is listed

If both files are visible, the submission is complete.

5. Deadline

Camera-ready paper and similarity report must be submitted no later than 7 March 2026.

6. Common Issues to Avoid

  • Uploading a non-revised manuscript
  • Similarity index exceeding 20%
  • Author information mismatch with EasyChair metadata
  • Presence of comments or track changes
  • Uploading only one required file

Non-compliant submissions may be returned for correction or excluded from publication.
