ICCRAIDS 2026 will be conducted in hybrid mode. Authors may present either onsite or virtually. Virtual presenters may deliver their presentation live or use a pre-recorded video during their assigned presentation slot. The guidelines below include general requirements for all presenters, followed by additional requirements for specific presentation types.
1. Presentation Types
ICCRAIDS 2026 provides the following presentation modes:
- Onsite Presentation
The author delivers the presentation in person at the conference venue. - Virtual Presentation
The author presents remotely via Zoom. Virtual presentation may be conducted in one of the following forms:- Live Virtual Presentation
The author presents live during the assigned session. - Virtual Presentation with Pre-Recorded Video
The author submits a pre-recorded video to be played during the assigned session.

2. General Guidelines for All Presenters
The following requirements apply to all presenters, whether presenting onsite or virtually:
- All accepted papers must be presented during the conference.
- Each full paper is allocated 10 minutes total, consisting of 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for live Q&A.
- Presenters are expected to manage their time carefully to ensure the session runs on schedule.
- All presenters must prepare their presentation slides.
- Accepted slide file formats are PDF or PPTX.
- Maximum file size is 10 MB.
- Please use 16:9 widescreen format for presentation slides.
- Slides should use clear and readable design, including high contrast, concise text, and legible figures or tables.
- Please include the official ICCRAIDS logo on the title slide of your presentation.
- File naming must follow the format below:
- Video: PaperID_PresenterLastName_Video.mp4
- Slides: PaperID_PresenterLastName_Slides.pdf or PaperID_PresenterLastName_Slides.pptx
- Authors must upload their final presentation files before the conference.

- The detailed presentation schedule and Zoom room information will be shared later by the organizing committee.
3. Additional Guidelines for Virtual Presenters
The following requirements apply to all virtual presenters, whether presenting live or using a pre-recorded video:
- Virtual presenters must rename their Zoom account using their real name.
- Virtual presenters must join the assigned Zoom room or parallel session room according to the conference schedule.
- Presenters must keep their camera on during their presentation and Q&A session.
- Presenters should ensure that their internet connection is stable.
- Presenters must share their slides on screen during the presentation.
4. Additional Guidelines for Virtual Presentations with Pre-Recorded Video
The following requirements apply specifically to virtual presenters using a pre-recorded video:
- The use of a pre-recorded video is permitted and encouraged as a backup against internet instability.
- A pre-recorded video does not replace author attendance.
- At least one author must be present live in the assigned session, even if the presentation is delivered using a pre-recorded video.
- The presenting author must remain available immediately after the video playback to join the live Q&A with the session chair and audience.
- If no author is present during the assigned session and Q&A, the paper will be treated as a no-show.
Pre-Recorded Video Specifications
Authors who choose to prepare a pre-recorded presentation must follow these specifications:
- File format: MP4 only
- Aspect ratio: 16:9 widescreen
- Resolution: Minimum 720p HD (1080p recommended)
- Maximum duration: 7 minutes
- Maximum file size: 100 MB
- Recommended format: Clear slides with readable text; speaker video in picture-in-picture is optional.
Authors using a pre-recorded video must upload both the video file and the slide file.
5. Publication Policy
- All accepted papers must be presented during the conference. In accordance with IEEE conference publication policy, ICCRAIDS reserves the right to exclude a paper from the conference proceedings and from submission to IEEE Xplore if the paper is not presented as scheduled during the conference.
- Presented papers that fall within the scope of IEEE will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
- Authors who are unable to attend their assigned session should inform the organizing committee as early as possible to discuss possible presentation arrangements.
